This model is designed to be utilised by organisations for support through training and or consultancy in order to manage and increase productivity.

The areas of training and or consultancy in this model includes;

  • Soft Skills
  • Basic Aviation Regulations
  • Corporate Etiquette
  • Mental Health & Wellbeing Awareness

Anyone within the organisational hierarchy can use the training and or consultancy at any time and teams and departments are free to utilise expertise on an ad-hock basis and when required, even if only for half an hour at a time for continuous development (online via zoom or similar). The only limitation is the size of the participants that are limited to 6 per session.

For example, as a manager you recognise that moral is low due to communication issues within your team or due to wellbeing issues? You can send individuals or groups onto short training courses or even have expert consultants discuss the issues with you to help support the organisation. All done virtually via Zoom or similar.
