Activity: 

Identify and list the main subject headings and 1 level of subheadings that both revenue and costs sit under. 

For example;

• Revenue the aircraft can generate annually
  • Seat revenue
  • Additional sales revenue

Most if not all these subheadings can be further broken down which is necessary for the model to capture a realistic picture.
