Delivering a Quality Future for Aviation
Training or Learning?
Sometimes it can be mistaken what one means by “Training”, especially in Aviation when we are told that there are “minimum training requirement” and thus organisation and individuals carry out “training” in order to satisfy regulatory requirements.
Here at the T-C-Alliance, we prefer the word “LEARNING” instead.
Learning is a long-term and continuous progress focusing on DEVELOPMENT and is far from any “tick-box training” that is evident in too many organisations.
Doing the minimum training is not enough. If we are to prosper in Aviation, we have to continuously learn and develop. How can we help you do that?
